I keep going back and forth on emails because of the whole substack mess. But for now, I'm over at Buttondown.
Books!
Y'all, my launch is this week! If you're in NYC on Thursday, Feb 1, come to PT Knitwear (180 Orchard St. just south of Houston) at 7 pm. The amazing Alex Segura will be joining me to talk books, javelinas, whatever strikes your fancy. And bonus: PT Knitwear has a cash bar so you can have a nice glass of wine while doing book things. Seriously, it's gonna be awesome. And if you don't come I'll know you hate me. That will make me so sad. There is a $5 fee but you can use that toward a book or drink purchase. I will ask you wear a mask if possible so immune-sensitive friends can come, too!

I'm testing a new to me brand called Geek & Gorgeous. Think of it as The Ordinary but maybe even better. It's a UK brand that sells here, and the prices are amazing. They have two different retinal strengths for $14-$20 ish. They also have an ectoin serum I'm dying to try. So if you want a slightly more advanced yet affordable brand to try, go for it. I like it so far!
