War And Sex And War (Including A History With Songs)
Health Update
Realizing that even though the "I" writing this wasn't present at the surgery (due to anesthesia) — this body I live in very much was.
We are now working together to reconnect after the experience — mind and body. It'll take a while to heal and to fully understand what—as my doctor put it—my new normal will be.
Thank you for all the thoughts, prayers, wishes, and supplications to Lady Luck that you sent in my directions.
Special thanks to those who took the time to read a story or two of mine on Medium. I am here to say it all helped. (I hope you'll keep reading to speed my recovery.)
Thought Police infiltrators did try to sneak into the operating room to rewire my critical thinking apparatus but were unsuccessful.
My questioning and literary skills intact — I present to you a new piece I just finished today.
