Bob Dylan (and my trip to Mallorca)
Forty years ago today.
I organized a Mail Art Exhibition on the theme of Bob Dylan
— almost 100 individuals from around the world participated.
Revisiting today — on the 82nd birthday of a continuously amazing artist.
The works were all displayed in the window of Carlo Pittore’s La Galleria dell’Occhio – 267 E. 10th Street, New York City, and a printed catalog was mailed to all participants, as well as other artists and institutions internationally.
At the link below are photos from the exhibition, scanned pages from the printed catalog, as well as ten audio selections from the cassette catalog.

Starting in January 2023, I spent four months wandering around Mallorca with Vigoleis.
All while riding the subways and buses of New York City going on about my own version of daily life's adventures and digressions.
I reveled in the characters I met along the way, the steady stream of small adventures, the endless digressions—the vulnerabilities and joys and dangers and — the language, the humor!
So glad this picaresque novel finally got an English translation so I could travel thus.
