With AHNCA’s annual elections around the corner, we are pleased to announce that nominations for officer and board positions are now open. This year, we are seeking nominations and self-nominations for the following positions:
· Vice President
· Treasurer
· Secretary
· Programs Coordinator
· Board Member At-Large (2 positions)
As our by-laws call for board membership representative of all interests within the field of nineteenth-century art and visual culture, we especially encourage scholars with diverse expertise to apply. If you are interested in nominating yourself or a colleague, please send a brief (200-word) bio and statement of interest to Kaylee Alexander, AHNCA Secretary, at ahncasecretary@gmail.com by January 10, 2024. Our election will take prior to CAA, with results announced during our Annual Business Meeting on Thursday, February 15 at 2pm Eastern / 1pm Central (virtual).
