Attention Graduate Students: Paid Position
Technical Director, AHNCA/Dahesh Virtual Salons
AHNCA is searching for a Technical Director to run the AHNCA/Dahesh Virtual Salons, roughly one per month, as well as the Graduate Symposium in spring of 2025. The Director should be familiar with Zoom meeting and webinar formats, but training will be available. Most events are scheduled on weeknights at 7 pm Eastern for one hour, but some events are scheduled on Fridays at mid-day to accommodate participants from Europe.
Duties include:
•Creating a registration link for the event and communicating with AHNCA and Dahesh publicity team
•Monitoring registration numbers before the event and conferring with Dahesh staff about possible upgrade to webinar
•Sending speaker/participant links to moderator and speakers
•Running and monitoring the Zoom meeting or webinar event, admitting speakers prior to start time and audience members from waiting room
•Recording the event and sending the recording to the membership coordinator and Dahesh
The pay is $100 per event (more for the graduate symposium)
