I’m writing this week to wish you a wonderful holiday season and a prosperous and healthy 2023.
Having you on this newsletter list means a lot to me. I know everyone’s inbox is crazy, and your choice to have a newsletter show up pretty much once a week is a big deal. I’m grateful that this newsletter gets to be on your screen, so thanks for being part of this experiment that has become surprisingly long-term. I sent the first 500 Words newsletter 13 years ago, an eternity in Internet time. I keep writing it because, unlike most of the things we do online, this feels personal and one-to-one. It’s like writing a letter to a friend.
