Bat myths and a cool Baba Yaga hut

Good evening, little ghosties,

Here’s a neat, short vid (9:11) from PBS Storied about how bats came to be associated with all things eerie.

Spotted this cool Baba Yaga’s hut on Facebook (it should be viewable even without a login), created by Steven Suiter in San Diego, California.

“The hut is made out of styrofoam, cardboard, plastic sheets, and moss. The legs are pvc pipe, chicken wire and papier-mâché using cloth rags.”
