hello,

I published the first episode of this newsletter yesterday. A sort of intro. (episode? newsletter? what to call these things?)

Now I’m sitting in Paul Rothe in Marylebone wondering what to do next.

My rough plan is to share the process on here for free; the notes, reading lists, playlists, meanderings, missteps, inspiration and ideas. And then, once a month, from January, to do a more finished thing for the paying subscribers.

So, what to do today?

Well, actually, why don’t I start with the stuff I love about writing. The filing and admin. I’ll make a google doc, stick everything in it and share it so you can have a look.

• This’ll be the notes

• My conversations with ChatGPT - the early research which gave me confidence there’s something to write about

• Photos/video/scrapbooking

• Maybe an eventual outline
